Web Development payments which begin projects are not returned if work has already begun. We will fulfill our obligation and complete the project as requested with files delivered to the Client.
Website hosting fees for prepaid months are non refundable and non transferrable.
We do not allow other agencies or developers or designers to work on websites hosted on our server as it is a security risk to our other clients.
Branding, Marketing, SEO, Television Advertising and IT support payments are nonrefundable.
Requests for refunds must be made either by e-mail to ptsupport.com/contact or by phone within twelve (12) hours of completing a payment.
Refunds for live phone or video chat support or consulting services are not offered.
